Islamabad : Pakistan will hold presidential elections between Sep 15 and Oct 15, Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz was Saturday reported as saying.
This would be followed by general elections when the present assemblies complete their tenure on Nov 15, Aziz told reporters Friday on his return from Kabul.
IRNA news agency said Aziz felt that President Pervez Musharraf was “totally eligible” to contest the presidential elections on expiry of his present term.
