New Delhi : Criticising Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader L.K. Advani for raising the issue of black money stashed abroad, the Congress party Saturday said he was not aware of the legal procedures to repatriate such funds.
“Advani does not know the legal procedure for getting back the black money deposited in foreign banks,” central minister and Congress spokesman Kapil Sibal told reporters here.
He also criticised Advani for stating that he had not get a proper reply from Home minister P. Chidambaram on this.
“Whenever Advani opens his mouth to raise an issue, he fails. I would request Advani to be serious about his own candidature,” he said.
