15-yr-old Sahil Khan writes his third book on computer science

New Delhi: This Delhiite Muslim teenager is very different from millions of boys of his age. Sahil Khan, only 15, has come out with his third book on computer science. His latest book “The Tricks of E. Mail Hacking” was launched today at India Islamic Cultural Centre by its president and renowned Muslim entrepreneur Sirajuddin Qureshi.
Talking on the occasion, Sahil, who has just taken his Class X examination, said that we are witnessing technology revolution that along with some merits has demerits also. The most significant demerit is that people while selling or buying online are disclosing their personal information. That’s here when cyber crime raises its ugly head.

Talking about hackers and crackers, the young writer said: To check cyber crime we have to think like cyber criminals. “My book “The Tricks of E. Mail Hacking” will give computer user an idea as to how to develop that thinking so that he can catch the hackers. His book gives information about hacking technology. “Learning hacking technology is not bad, what is is how we are going to use it.” Sahil said.
Addressing the gathering Sirajuddin Qureshi congratulated the youngster and prayed that he bring honors to his country and his community. “One day this boy will become Bill Gates,” Qureshi said. He urged parents to give full freedom to their children to chose their subject.
Earlier opening the program and giving brief introduction about Sahil Khan, journalist Wadood Sajid said the boy began using computer by chatting with his father who lives in Mumbai. His father is a hakeem in Mumbai. The great role behind the success of Sahil Khan is his mother, said Sajid. Sahil Khan’s first book was ‘Hackers & Crackers’ and second book ‘The Anatomy of Computer Virus’ which was released by Delhi Chief Minister Shiela Dikshit, he said.
Wadood Sajid also talked about the Noble Education Foundation run by Sirajuddin Qureshi. The Foundation last year ran several programs for personality and talent development. More than 400 students were admitted in one month long English speaking course. Of them 100 have got jobs in different MNCs, Sajid said.
