Indian Muslims should spread Islam by their exemplary characters: Maulan Hasheem Usmani

“India is a democratic country and its Constitution guarantees every citizen to profess, practice and propagate the religion of his/her choice. Therefore, it is our duty that we must bring close the followers of other faiths by showing our deep religious tolerance, religious liberalism selfless social service and exemplary character and introduce them to Islam”, said Maulana Hasheem Usmani, mohtamim of Madrasa Saulatia, Makka Mukarrama.

He was speaking at annual convocation of Jamia Arabia Afzalul M’arif, Allshsbsd. “We have to make a constant endeavor for the propagation of Islam and chalk out a strong strategy for this purpose as well. One of the potential tools available for this purpose is media” said Maulana Hasheem.

“In this critical situation it is the utmost responsibility of the Muslims that they should so much propagate Islam that all and sundry must know the reality of Islam. And they themselves are capable of thwarting off the false doubts being laid out by the anti-Islamic forces all across the world.
