Varun Gandhi CD sent for tests was altered, says forensic lab

Chandigarh : The CD containing the alleged inflammatory speeches by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Varun Gandhi that was sent to the Central Forensic Science Laboratory (CFSL) here for tests was "not original" and had been altered, an official source said Sunday.
"The voice in the tape was that of Varun Gandhi but we did not get the original tapes. They were the edited version in which different clippings were clubbed together," a CFSL official told IANS on condition of anonymity.
Gandhi, grandson of former prime minister Indira Gandhi and now a BJP MP from Philibhit in Uttar Pradesh, was arrested in March for making communal speeches during an election campaign. He was released on bail in April. The Uttar Pradesh government had filed a case against Gandhi under the stringent National Security Act.
"We got the voice samples in the form of a CD, a video cassette and a microchip. Our duty was to just examine those tapes and we simply did that and submitted our report. However, we are afraid that somebody had interfered with the original tapes," the official added.
The CD reportedly contained three speeches made on three separate days in March.
Meanwhile R.S. Verma, director of CFSL, said: "We got the tapes for scrutiny and after proper examination we compiled a detailed report. The report was sent to the UP (Uttar Pradesh) police Saturday."
"I cannot divulge the details of the report as police have to do further investigation," Verma told reporters here.
Gandhi has maintained that the allegations against him are false and the voice in the CD is not his.

Varun+Menaka are liars.
Varun Gandhi is a liar. Menaka Gandhi is a fraud. They did the "Act 2009" for a fees that was paid in cash by BJP. They are Paid "Natts" (actors) in the words of Guru Golwalkar. The whole nation knows that the tapes are perfect. What is not perfect is Menaka's upbringing of Varun. In the heat of youth, she was busy with her own life - and did not spend enough time in bringing up her only son well. She unleashed a monster on India., in her bid to take revenge against Sonia. Gandhi. Both mother and son now stand utterly exposed. Both are shameless., and think Indians are fools. Indians are not.
Varun is in the wrong party for wrong reasons
I do not want to use such strong words as brother Bajirao has used but what Varun said was far beyond the limits.

These were the most hatred words that come out of the mouth of some one from Nehru's family and Thackeray and Bajrang Dal convenor P. Sharma said Varun’s speeches carried NOTHING WRONG.
Even Mahant N. Giri, President AIHM supported. People like these will reinforce the hands of the Muslim Jihadists and enable them fullest justification for their selfdefencing actions.
No community will be free from retribution. Please think seriously outside the box. Please Madam Maneka: Stop twisting and turning, 1000s of people heard your son talking. Did you son say those words or he did not.
Some said that others did make hate speeches. Who prevent you from taking legal action. Wrong is wrong whoever did it, TWO WRONGS DO NOT MAKE A BIG WRONG BY VARUN RIGHT.
Being a pro-congress( congress a lesser evil) man I thank Varun because fanatics like him and Modi made Congress win. Try to make more such wrongs after five years.
