sir, I'm vadivarasan who studied the b.ed. course in self-finance college in kumbakonam which is under the tamilnadu teacher education university. I have applied the sc candidate scholarship for the year 2009-2010. I have completed the course and awaiting for the result. Still any SC applied candidates hadn't received the scholarship from the institution. If i asked about the scholarship, the admin will replied that scholarship wouldn't allocated still.
