All Donations are Halal for Hajj or other Ibadaat

This is a donation. How can it be not halal. whether it is from a temple committee or the government it is Halal.

Ask Ulema about this and convince yourself.

TEMPLE MONEY

Ask your Ulema to provide you with daleel(approval) from Quran and Hadith about it.Dont risk your hajj and other ibadat by accepting all kinds of donations. We all know how temples(a place for idol worship which is haram, meaning forbidden) function,no one can pray in any temple without paying, for flowers, coconuts, sweets, cash etc.Just have a look at some of the temples in your city. These temple pandits trusts are billionares. These are the centers of evil.
Also this is not a goodwill gesture, this is the investment for future.By this gesture they want secular hindus and ignorant muslims to visit their temples and become a life time donor for generations to follow.
Also in india 90% percent of donations are just another good name for' bribe'.
Consuming haram wealth
The person who does not fear Allah does not care where he earns his money or how he spends it; his only concern is to increase his bank balance, even if it is haram and ill-gotten by means of theft, bribery, extortion, forgery, selling haram things, riba (usury), consuming an orphan‟s wealth, earnings from haram work like fortune-telling, immorality or singing, stealing from the Muslim treasury or public property, taking people‟s money by coercion or high-pressure sales tactics, begging when one is not in need, etc. Then he buys food, clothing and transportation with this ill-gotten money, and builds or rents a house, and furnishes it, and fills his stomach with haram food. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Any flesh that grows from ill-gotten gains is more deserving of being touched by Hell-fire . . .” (Reported by al-Tabaraani in al-Kabeer, 19/136; see also Sahih al-Jaami‟,
38
4495). On the Day of Resurrection, each person will be asked how he earned money and on what he spent it, and there will be doom and loss. Anyone who still has haram money should hasten to get rid of it; if it is due to anyone else, then he should hasten to return it and ask for his forgiveness before there comes a Day on which dinars and dirhams will be of no avail, and all that will count will be hasanaat and sayi‟aat.

Dont accept temple money for hajj or any other islamic cause.

Performing Hajj with Unlawfully Gained Money:
Someone performing Hajj with unlawfully gained money, may technically fulfil his prescribed duty of pilgrimage, but according to the majority of the scholars, he will be guilty of sin for doing so. Imam Ahmad disagrees and holds that such a Hajj is not enough for a person to absolve him of his prescribed obligation, and this is more correct as the sahih hadith says:
“Surely, Allah is Pure, and He does not accept anything but what is pure (and clean).”
Also it is reported by Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said:
“As soon as a pilgrim sets out for Hajj with a provision which is lawful, and puts his foot in the stirrup (rides his mount) and calls out: ‘O, Allah! Here I am in response to Your call,’ an announcer answers him from the heavens above, saying: ‘Your call has been heard; you are a happy one; your provisions are lawful, your mount is lawful and your pilgrimage is free of sin and acceptable.’ But, if his provisions are unlawfully gained, and he puts his foot in the stirrup and calls out: ‘O Allah! Here I am in response to Your call,’ an announcer from the heavens above answers him back, saying: ‘Your call is not accepted; nor are you welcome; your food is unlawful; your provisions are unlawful; and your pilgrimage is not free of sin and is unacceptable.”’
Al-Mundhri says: “This is reported by At-Tabarani in Al-Awsat, and also by Al-Asbahani in a mursal hadith from Aslam, the freed slave of ‘Umar bin al-Khattab.”

Haj

As far as the use of the non Muslims money in the construction of haj house is concerened I am of the opinion that it can be used since the haj house is not a place where any ritual of haj is performed neither it is a place of worship it is simply a rest or a guest house for the hajis so before commenting on such sensitive matters on should thing with a open mind and must look on all the aspects.our efforts should be to simplify and solve the matters one should not complicate things.if anyone is doing a noble gesture we should appreciate it and must welcome with an open mind.
