If only "CBI" in your cartoon hadbeen replaced by "Justice" it would have been the best cartoon of the year!

A timely and eye-catching CARTOON by Yusuf on TCN.

As I know, and learned during my childhood - a famous saying:

SACHAAI KA HO BOOL BAALA, JHOOTEY KA MUNH KAALAA

In layman's language or a slogan:

SATYAMEY VIJAYTEY

In any game there is a "winner" and a "loser".
