The use of non standard words like Hindutva or Parivar should not be allowed to be used because it does not allow the reader to understand the word. This holds true for the non-Indians who are opinion makers at global level. The people who say they are hurt for Hindu/Saffron being used as a flag to terror should be told that though there is nothing religious about terrorism but they have brought disrepute to their religion. We must recall the comments of the judge in 1993 blast case, where he used similar language. If it hurts the Hindus, let them feel what must have been the mental condition of Muslims many times in the past. In the garb of a documentary film maker, Vijay Kumar went on hate campaign in US and was caught. But what his friend Khandelwal has to say is that he went there to educate people what Islamist, Jihadi, Fundamentalist terror has done to India. Similarly people like Tarun Vijay claim that they are journo too and lo and behold, the secular English media of India invites the Congress aplogists and these Hindu right elements for discussion. If at all they have someone Muslim, he/she is from Pakistan!! Now the things have reached the stage where people who have been ministers and Dy PMs say that calling terror as saffron is affront to a religion (why now only) and that it is insulting a nation. Have people forgotten the use of fake beards, caps and sherwanis at Malegaon, Purna, Jalna and Nander? There is nothing 'national' about Hindu terror. Going by these words, we would be in bigger mess ala Pakistan. If a terrorist is Islamic, there are Hindu and Christian terrorists, insitutional terrosim of any kind like sarkari terrorism in India or the crusades of US et al cannot be wished away just for being instititional or for lack of naming the religion.

Indians need to be objective.
Do not call this Hindu terror or Hinduism terror, most of Hindu citizens are just and abide in peace with their Muslim neighbours in the country.
This phenomenon is Sangh Pariwar-RSS terror OR saffron terror; this nomenclture is important to distinguish the perpetrators of these crimes which started with the assassination of the Mahatma of India.

The communal violence a few months ago in Hyderabad is the best example of how the fight between Muslims and Hindus is manufactured.

In Hyderabad it was manufactured by the real estate guys to buy lands cheaply by creating fear among the communities and grabbing their lands at cheap prices.

A fact-finding team comprising members of five city-based organisations has concluded this. Besides CLMC, members of Kula Nirmoolana Porata Samiti, Patriotic Democratic Movement, Chaitanya Samaikhya and Viplava Rachayitula Sangam were part of the fact-finding team which visited all the affected areas.

At least 36 mosques and 3 temples were attacked and property including houses, shops, and hotels were burnt or damaged. Two persons died due to stabbing, another died in stone-pelting, while 97 persons were injured. The hand of municipal councillors of BJP, MIM and TDP is being suspected. A key Karnataka BJP minister and Bellary strongman allegedly funded radical Hindu outfits to orchestrate riots in the city.

It is a political fight between a mine owner and K. Rosaiah. The people of Hyderabad were in a way fortunate to have minority as the Chief Police Officer controlling the situation instead of the discriminating Gujarat police officers such as Vanjara who is in prison now.

There are far too many such instances happening in India and throughout the world. the law enforcing authorities unintentionally ( at times deliberately) allow the real culprits easily get away from the clutches of the law but innocent guys are bullied, tortured and imprisoned as it happened in Hyderabad last year( 11 Engineering college Muslim students were arrested on terror charges, tortured, their education devastated and finally they were acquitted, the Govt agreeing you to pay compensation for torturing them and for unlawful arrests custodial prison )

Minorities in India go through this exercise more often than others. Same story with encounter murders. One way to address this issue is to have a greater representation of minorities in the police and security services because unbiased security officers like Karkare are very difficult to be found in India.

The Govt sources say that the security forces would never arrest and keep in custody people who are not the real criminals ( but that is what happens in the case of framed Muslim terrorists) Every time a terrorist attack takes place, the police round up and arrest lots and lots of innocent people in order to show their competence (incompetence).

Usually they arrest Muslims because 98% of the security personnel are from the majority community. The police want to issue fast statements to the media that they caught the conspirators and after a few months or a few years( 12 years in the case of haneef) they release the accused as innocent.

This happened in a recent case in Hyderabad with 11 innocent Engineering college students who were heavily tortured(one died) in the prison and the State Govt apologised and agreed to pay compensation. Can money buy lives?.

Same thing in the case of encounter killings by the police. Since 1993, 2560 cases of police encounters have been brought to the notice of National Human Rights Commission(NHRC). Out of this according to NHRC, 1224 have been found to be cold blooded murders (fake encounters). Will our politicians say that the police will not do encounter killings of the innocent.

So it is a serious matter that far too many innocent people are kept in custodial prison( a disproportionate number from the minority community) for several years without judgment and many are killed for no reason. Out of about 3,60,000 in mates in Indian prisons, 70% of them have been in custody as their cases have not been finalised.

There is a serious problem of delay in our judicial system. Reasons: Prejudice towards Muslims, lack of Muslim representation in the police and judiciary, Lack of magistrates, judges and courts. We waste our money on vote getting gimmicks but there is no money for justice. But we have money for Guantanamo Bays of the Indian type.

Sabarmati was a pretext and post Godhra was a pre-meditated, well planned, well-organised, politically well orchestrated terror laboratory in which the old Lab Tech hand Modi had an active role or was a passive approver. Vajpayee said that.

It is impossible to believe for any one that over 2000 people get killed without the CM’s pain, knowledge and approval. About 10 rounds of ammunition tactically used could have saved hundreds of lives and rapes, the police officers stood by and watched as per instructions.

Cabinet Ministers like Shah became thugs and butchers. No way we can justify this. Deal with crimes and terrorism regardless of religious affiliations, but no one should dream of building a Ram Rashtra by killing 160 Muslims in India. 99.9999% of them have no role to play in any terrorist attacks.

By all means let Hinduism become the State Religion of India, by all means let Sanatana Dharma be part of Indias constitution.

God Almighty knew the guilt and sin of Modi the man responsible for inhuman butchery of innocent minorities who had no part in Sabarmati express killings, even assuming it took place as it did, no one dares to answer why the bodies of people killed in the coach tragedy were carried openly as a procession along many roads long way to instigate people and make them get ready to kill the minorities.

Even assuming that some miscreants did the torching, the massacre was far beyond any sensible proportion and it will take a long time for the world community to digest this killings and slaughter.

We know in India Modi will come out clean and spot less in any court proceedings. There will be no proof and no punishment, but he will die with the pain of realising his deliberate stubbornness not to have stopped the butchery

We do not realise that both BJP and the Congress follow the Hindutva ideology, it should be that way because the majority voters in India are Hindus including the secularists and communists.

The difference is that Congress follows the soft Hindutva Ideology of Narashimha Rao the big conspirator of the demolition of Babri Masjid. Rao thought by throwing the spark at Babri Masjid, BJP will get the bad name and his congress party could come back to power, but his conspiracy back fired and congress lost and BJP won.

BJP won because it followed the hard Hindutva ideology. But we hope in future this political gimmicks and dramas are not going to work with the more educated voters. People want development, education, employment, they do not care about the number of places of worship are built by the Hindus, Muslim and Christians, it is more bread and butter issues. Inter-religious marriages will make religions lose their heavy weight in politics

Wow.... it is started hurting now when Saffron brigade is on the receiving side. They are the one who are shouting the words of "Islamic Terrorism" or "Jihadis" or "Jihadees" etc etc...
They need to realize that other people also gets hurt when their religion or color is on the receiving side.

I agree with Congress spokesman, that "Terrorism" has no color except "Black". But Congress/Govt. also needs to refrain from using the term Islamic Terrorism or Islamic Terrorist or Jihaadist or Jihadees.

Terrorism is the biggest threat not only to India or west but to humanity. No one has the right to take innocent lives in the name of religion, color or creed. The governments needs to make sure before arresting anyone in terrorism charges as if we are wrong, its needs to be compensated. Hundreds of muslim youth have been arrested in the past and later released but their career was spoiled and they can not get a job and their life is messed up now and in fact Govt. is giving the recruiting grounds for the terrorists.
