The complaint is against Union Urban Development Minister Jaipal Reddy, CWG Chairman Suresh Kalmadi, and Sports Minister M.S Gill. The complaint comprises 377 pages of evidences, collected from various Government committees, CVC (Central Vigilance Committee), Income Tax Department and others.

In their complaint all the signatories activists demanded Government that there should be the proper Police investigation into the corruption in the Games which were held from 3rd to 14th October.

The complaint stated “that the top bosses would have benefitted by either taking money from their junior officers or by directly negotiating with contractors, In such cases it would be difficult to find evidence against them on paper, the investigating officer should raid the premises of these top bosses to collect evidence of assets disproportionate to their known sources of income or to collect evidence about their role in these offences”.

“We will be sending a copy of the complaint along with the memorandum to the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi, Delhi High Court Registrar and to agencies like Central Vigilance Commission and Central Bureau Investigation,” they said. They also demanded the government to set up an independent commission which deals with corruption issues and should not be influenced by the politicians.
