Diploma Engineering in Electrical from distance mode

Question

A friend of mine doing diploma engineering in electrical from distance mode. He wanted to know can he get good value for job in private and public sector. Also can he do regular BE course just after his completion of course.

Answer

Course from distance mode have always less demand as compare to regular one, If the institute or university from where your friend is doing this course is approved by AICTE and if its situated at Maharashtra then recognized by MSBTE or from any other state(other then Maharashtra) then that should be recognized by state board of technical education then he or she will get admission in regular BE course otherwise again he has to move for degree course in distance mode by AMIE or AMIETE etc.

Job in private sector depends on your knowledge skill presentation and other criteria.

Distance mode is preferable for those who are working somewhere and they have to add their qualification for some reason.

So first you find out the diploma course should be approved and then plan for further accordingly.

All the best
