Mumbai: The free Civil Services coaching centre run by Haj Committee of India at Mumbai Haj House has invited applications from Muslim graduates aspiring for the IAS and allied services examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission. The last date for submission of application is 22nd July 2011.
According to Mr. S.A.M Hashmi, director of the coaching centre, the initial arrangements for the new batch have been completed. The last date for submission of applications is 22nd July 2011. The entrance test will be held on 31st July 2011 at five cities of the country– Mumbai, New Delhi, Hyderabad, Patna and Bangalore.

The candidates selected in written test will be called for interview on 13 and 14 August 2011. The finally selected candidates will report on September 03, 2011 after which the new session will start at central Haj House building in Mumbai.
The students eligible for Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) from across the country will be eligible to appear in the test. The centre will provide all the facilities to the students which are required for their training.
The centre was opened in 2009 in the wake of fact that there are many Muslim talented youths who are eager to crack the Indian Administrative Service examination but they are unable to clear the exam as they are not getting proper coaching due to lack of money or means.
This year the Haj committee of India is providing coaching and guidance in close association with a Professional Coaching Institute. The coaching will be provided in General Studies, Essay, History, Geography, Public Administration and Urdu. The medium of teaching shall be English only.
