Guwahati: The All India United Democratic Front (AIUDF) on 20th March released another list of its candidates for the Assam Assembly elections. The party, emboldened with the entry of former chief minister of Assam Anwara Taimur in its fold after quitting the Congress, announced six more candidates.

On Saturday (March 19) the party announced the names of 35 candidates for the assembly poll and some days back 31 candidates. In total, AIUDF has announced 72 candidates. The Assam Assembly will be held for 126 seats.
