11 killed in Balochistan near Pakistan-Iran border

    Islamabad: Eleven people – six Pakistanis and five Afghans – werre killed by unidentified men in Pakistan’s Balcohistan province when the former were trying to illegally cross into neighbouring Iran, Geo News reported Saturday.

    The deceased, travelling in three vehicles, were on their way to Europe when they were killed near Iran-Pakistan border in Gawadar district of the province.

    Provincial interior secretary Captain (Retd.) Durrani said the 11 people intended to enter Europe through illegally crossing into Iran. They were killed by armed men in Pakistani area of Sansar, a mountainous region, near the border.
