Total number of candidates – 967
Total numbers of women candidates – 91
Assembly constituency with maximum number of candidates – Pratapgarh – 32
Assembly constituency with minimum number of candidates – Salon – 9
Political parties – Bahujan Samaj Party, Bharatiya Janata Party, Congress, Nationalist Congress Party, Samajwadi Party and others.
Number of EVMs to be used in the election – 50,795
Largest assembly constituency – Chhibramau
Smallest assembly constituency – Ayah Shah
Total number of polling stations – 18,609
