SIO organizes Career Guidance Workshop in Mumbai

Mumbai: Choose your career analyzing your strength and weaknesses not mere under peer pressure and ambitions of your family said, Aamir Ansari, young and dynamic Career Counselor on Sunday in a densely populated Muslim Locality, Mumbra.

After the SSC results declared in Maharashtra, Students Islamic Organisation-SIO organized a series of workshops in and around Mumbai. Explaining the objectives of the programme Mirza Kamran Baig, a Software Engineer and the President of SIO Mumbai said, “Muslim students should not be lost in this glamorous world but should also understand their responsibilities towards the community and the nation. They need help guidance and counseling to select better career options.”



Many Muslim and Non-Muslim Professionals and Career Counselors like Mr. Arif Jamal, CA, Usha Mukundan, Principal of Jhunjhunwala College, Dr. Irfan Shahid, Professor Safdar Urde delivered a PPT lectures explaining nearly 600 students about career opportunities in Science, Arts, Commerce, Engineering, medical and about the government Scholarship Schemes.
Aamir Ansari, Zia Momin and Shoeb counseled nearly a hundred students.
