Srinagar : Four people, including a doctor, were injured Monday when separatist guerrillas hurled a grenade on an army patrol in a Jammu and Kashmir town, police said.
A police officer said the attack took place on the Srinagar-Jammu highway in Sangam town in south Kashmir, about 40 km from here.
“The grenade missed the target and exploded near a doctor’s clinic injuring him and three patients. The injured were shifted to hospital for treatment,” said the officer.
