Sayid Nasir Thangal, patron of Indo-Kuwait Friendship Society awarded Yash Shanbhag of Carmel School, the first place in the English Essay competition (Patriotism) and Sharon Bhattacharya received the consolation prize in the same category.
Competitions in the “Patriotic songs and Essay writings” were organized at SIMS by IKFS recently in which several students from various schools in Kuwait participated.
Sangheetha, the teacher of the Commerce Department (Business Studies) of Higher Secondary also received the winning cup and certificates on behalf of the students of Carmel School.
