Aligarh: Sir Syed Minority Foundation of India, an organization of Aligarh Muslim University students has criticized Shia aalim Maulana Kalbe Sadiq for his statement on Narendra Modi.
Maulana Kalbe Sadiq who is also one of the vice-presidents of All India Muslim Personal Law Board told reporters in Bareilly that he can vote for Narendra Modi if he changes himself.
Sir Syed Minority Foundation of India’s General Secretary Perwez Siddiqui said that even if Modi gives assurances Muslims are not going to believe him. “Narendra Modi is the enemy of Muslims of this country. Support him is going to have dangerous consequences for Muslims,” said Siddiqui.
President of the Foundation, Abdul Khalique Kamil said Dr. Kalbe Sadiq should be careful in giving statements like this, he wasn’t made vice-president of the Personal Law Board to give statements against Muslim interests.
