India Fraternity Forum (IFF) helps pilgrims, Indians in adversities

By TCN News,

Madina: India Fraternity Forum (IFF), a community organization, helped a bereaved family by arranging to process documents meeting the local requirements.

An Indian pilgrim Idinabba Beary (74), a resident of Kavoor near Mangalore, had died here on December15. He had reached here after performing Umra.

The IFF, the leading community organization involved in the service of NRI’s, responded immediately and arranged to process the documents meeting the local regulations. Idinabba is survived by many family members and relatives, a release from IFF said.

Muhammad Ismail is another example of how IFF succeeded in helping yet another NRI family. Muhammad Ismail, a resident of Surathkal Kana, near Mangalore, has been sick and wanting to return to India.

He had come to Saudi Arabia two years ago. He was suffering from a severe illness since last eight months. Since then, many NRI organizations tried to convince his sponsor to let him go back for treatment, but his sponsor refused.

Even when a Kerala-based news channel aired his plight, the sponsor did not respond positively. With deteriorating health condition, Muhammad Ismail contacted members of the IFF and sought their assistance.

“IFF office bearers contacted the Saudi sponsor and succeeded in persuading him to settle his unpaid salaries and allow Ismail to fly back home with the ticket offered by the sponsor. Karnataka expatriate community lauded the efforts of IFF for their efforts to amicably settling the issue and for helping Muhammad Ismail to reach home,” the release added.
