Coimbatore: Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, Coimbatore organized an interfaith conference with theme “Holy Pilgrimage” at Hidhaaya Islamic College for Women, Karumbukkadai, Coimbatore on Saturday, November 22.
Some of the well-known religious scholars of city from different faiths took part in the event.
The program was organized to let each other know the values derived from each faith regarding pilgrimage and it paved way for everyone to get to know each other’s faith better and to enhance the harmony and brotherhood in the city.
