Patna: ‘My Experience in Governance’ written by former IAS officer Dr MA Ibrahimi was released by Bihar chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi here on Wednesday.
Bihar’s minister for Rural Development Nitin Mishra was also present when Manjhi released the book in the author’s presence.

Earlier, the book was formally released by Justice Shiva Kirti Singh, Supreme Court judge, on September 23 at Delhi. He had lauded the book and said: “The book gives insight into actual working of the government system. The writing is controlled and accurate.”
He also praised the dedicated public service work done by Ibrahimi and recommended the young civil servants and aspirants of civil services must read the book.
Large number of IAS, IPS and IFS officers, including former Ambassadors, along with the intellectuals and media representatives had graced the occasion.
