UPSC qualifiers Aligs back at AMU to inspire students

Aligarh: Five AMU alumni who qualified at UPSC exams were back at Aligarh for an interactive sessions with students of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU). The program was organized by SOCH (Social Organization of AMU Students)

Dr Ehtesham Waquarib, Modassar Shafi, Sameer Islam, Noorul Hasan, Mohammad Sana Akhtar & Azhar Kabir all were in the city to attend the various interactive sessions organised to motivate the students in Aligarh Muslim University.

Programmes were organised in Historic Kennedy Auditorium then another programme was is Women’s College and another was in RCA (Residential Coaching Academy)

In his address Dr Ehtesham Waquarib said that hard work is the key to success in any exam. Dr Ehtesham has passed his MBBS & MD from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College of AMU.

Sameer Islam said that this is very unfortunate that basic structure of education is paralysed, we should work on that to improve results.

Mohd Sana Akhtar and Mr Modassar Shafi were of the opinion that if you focus on single target with 100% concentration it becomes very easy to achieve goal.

Azhar Kabir & Noorul Hasan said that awareness of government jobs is almost nill in the community. Social organisations like SOCH should work for establishing information centres to raise awarenewss throughout the country

Saad Hameed Traing and Placement Officer of AMU who coordinated the whole programme in and around the Aligarh Muslim University promised that this type of interactive session will be organised in future also.

Syed Shibli Manzoor an alumnus of AMU gave stress on importance of education in life

Dr Saleem Mohammad Khan of SOCH said that even though results are improving but Muslim community is still lagging behind and it will decades of hard work.

Dr Danish Suhail thanked all guests at the occasion.
