Over 100 countries participate at Crans Montana Forum in Morocco

Rabat : Representatives of more than 100 countries have been deliberating on “Africa, regional cooperation and South-South cooperation” at the annual session of Crans Montana Forum being held in Morocco’s southern city of Dakhla from March 12-14.

“The success of this historic event is unprecedented in the Forum’s 30 years of existence,” said the Crans Montana Forum, an international Swiss-owned and managed organisation. The event is being held under the patronage of King Mohammed VI of Morocco.

Among the 800 participants at the Forum are heads of state, heads of government, ministers, parliament speakers and legislators. They represent 36 countries from Africa, 30 from Asia, 31 from Europe and 15 from Americas, in addition to more than 20 regional and international organisations.

Established in 1986 in Switzerland, the Forum is formally recognised by all major international organisations. It offers a unique opportunity for businesses, government officials and decision-makers to strengthen their relationship with their partners, meet with potential ones and build new cooperation opportunities.
