New Delhi: In a significant move aimed at increasing the courses available in Jamia Millia Islamia, the varsity has introduced nine new courses in Arab-Islamic Culture, Chinese language and Social Inclusion and Inclusive Policy among others for the academic session of 2016-2017.
The courses are M.A. (Politics: International & Area Studies), M.A. (Arab-Islamic Culture), M.Tech. (Computer Engineering), M.Tech. (Electronics & Communication Engineering), M.A. (Social Exclusion & Inclusive Policy), Certificate in Chinese Language (Part-time), Diploma in Chinese Language (Part-time), Intensive Diploma in Chinese Language, B.A. LL.B. (Hons) (Self-financed).
The Online applications for admission to various Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Diploma/Certificate programmes (except B.Tech. and B.Arch. programmes) in JMI for the academic session 2016-17 began on March 23, 2015. The e-Prospectus may be downloaded from the University website http://jmi.ac.in/admissions.
Candidates who wish to apply must register themselves at http://jmi.ac.in/onlineadmissionform and fill up the Online Application Form as per procedure provided on the portal. For further details, visit the university website (www.jmi.ac.in).
The last date for online submission of application form is April 21.
