Ajmer: In a beautiful gesture of communal brotherhood, the Golden Temple Committee Amritsar has gifted a pure silver chandelier to Ajmer Sharif Dargah.
The development was announced on Twitter by Syed Salman Chishty, Gaddi Nashin, Dargah Ajmer Sharif and founder cum director of Chishty Foundation.
Netizens hailed the gesture of Golden Temple committee and have termed it as a “Feeling of true brotherhood”.
Sri Harmandir Sahib, informally referred to as the”Golden Temple” is the holiest Gurdwara of Sikhism, located in the city of Amritsar in Punjab whereas the dargah of Moinuddin Chishti, known as Ajmer Sharif Dargah or Ajmer Sharif, is an international waqf.
