At one time Delhi’s Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal too has advocated the demand for a probe of Batla House Encounter. He too raised question on police version of the encounter. Though when he raised this issue, he was a social worker and has not been baptized in politics.

Now in politics and holding the chair of Delhi’s CM, Kejriwal has perhaps forgotten his old demand.

We had talked with him on various issues including Batla House Encounter. This was in year 2008 and the postmortem report of those killed in encounter was not in public domain.
