Sri Abhayanand is a 1977 batch IPS officer. He is currently serving as Additional Director General of Police in the Bihar Government. Abhayanand did his schooling from St.Xaviers Patna and St. Michael's High School, Patna. He majored in physics at the top of his class from Science College,Patna.
He is the pioneer of Super 30 concept in which a free tutorial is provided to 30 bright youngsters from underprivileged families of rural Bihar for the IIT-JEE.

4 A candidate shall have to abide by the following terms and conditions at Ummul Qura Education Foundation :
Terms and Conditions:
1. Half Yearly Payment for Food Accommodation and Library shall be Rs.
25,000/- payable in advance at the beginning of each half of a calendar
year;
2. Fee can change from time to time;
3. Fee is non refundable;
4. No deduction or refund of fee shall be made due to leave or absence from
UMMUL-QURA.
5. Only relatives of the students shall be allowed to be guest at Ummul
Qura Hostel with prior permission and after paying Rs. 300/- per day or
part of a day (for food and accommodation)
6. Every student shall offer five times Namaz Daily
7. The students shall go on leave only with the prior permission of the
management;
8. The Students shall be responsible for the cleanliness of their room.
9. The Students shall be responsible for their belongings. The management
shall not be responsible for the same.
10.In case of any loss or damage of any property of UMMUL-QURA due to willful negligence of a student, the respective student shall be punishable and liable to compensate the loss.
11.No student shall indulge in any activity which creates nuisance or fighting with other students or staffs of UMMUL-QURA or any act of violence which is prohibited under any law.
12. Students have to ensure their presence before 10 p.m in the Hostel. They shall not be permitted to leave the hostel premises after 10 p.m.
13. The students shall be regular and attentive to their studies/coaching. The student shall be liable to be terminated from the organisation if he fails continuously three times in the same group.
14. Violation of any of the above term and condition in any form may result in to termination of the student from the scheme and other facilities provided by the management.
15. Any dispute with the organization shall be subject to Pune jurisdiction.

News: Rahmani-30 declares result for CA entrance test
Rahmani Foundation to announce results of entrance tests on May 18-19
The Rahmani Foundation of Munger will announce the results of entrance tests for free coaching classes for IIT-JEE, Chartered Accountancy (CA) and Railways vacancies on May 18-19, 2011. The successful candidates will be called for interview for final selection for the coaching classes. The finalists will be provided with free coaching, accommodation and food.
The entrance tests for all three courses were conducted on April 3 and May 8. The total of 9115 candidates appeared for IIT-JEE and 3732 for CA. The test for these two courses was held at different centres in Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Maharashtra UP and Madhya Pradesh. The number of candidates who appeared at the test for coaching for Railway jobs was 2796. It was also held at different places of Bihar and Jharkhand.
1.Marking of 3rd.Apr.2011 test is done but due to Board examinations of other states on different dates,another test of Rahmani-30 is scheduled on 8th.May 2011.Result will be declared collectively after this test.
2.Three hundred students will be called for next round of test of one hour at Rahmani-30,Patna centre on later date and interview will be conducted immediately afterwards for the final selection of candidates for the programme.

From 9.00 AM to 11.00 AM for Preparation of Railway Vacancies.
(1) Application form are available in the following Test centres and in the Net.
Candidates may contact their Nearest Centre with two Passport Size Photographs & Marksheet.
(2) Candidates who have Passed +2 board Exam. or above and within at least one Year before job requirement age may appear at the Test.
(3) MODE OF TEST: There will be objective question with 4 alternative options of Maths, Reasoning, English & G.K. Candidates will fill the answer sheet with black ball pen/or best quality HB Pencil. After end of test the Candidates will return question paper & answer sheet (OMR) to the invagilator deputed in the Classroom.
(4) Duration of Course will be six months to one year asper Candidates ability.
Candidate who will not come with within the mark will have to leave the
Centre.

Rahmani-30 to hold Entrance Test in 24 districts of Bihar, West Bengal

Patna: The Rahmani-30 coaching centre will hold entrance test on 03rd April 2011 in 24 districts of Bihar and West Bengal for those Muslim students who are appearing for 10th class exam in 2011 and want to crack the IIT-JEE 2013. The coaching centre, run by Rahmani Foundation, today released the list of entrance test centres and contact persons.
The successful candidates of the test will be called for interview in Patna. The selected students will be coached for two years by qualified teachers under the guidance of Abhayanand, ADGP- Bihar Military Police. Simultaneously, the students will also be preparing for +2 Exam to be held in 2013. They will also be provided food and accommodation for free.

Rahmani Foundation declares CA admission result
Patna: Rahmani Foundation today declared final result of the admission test for its newly launched Chartered Accountant course. In total 33 students have been selected for the course to be jointly run in Pune by Munger-based Rahmani Foundation in collaboration with Pune-based Ummul Qura Education.
This is the second big initiative for the empowerment of the Muslim community, after the launch of Rahmani-30 coaching centre for IIT aspirants, by eminent Islamic scholar and Rahmani Foundation chief Maulana Mohammad Wali Rahmani.
For the four-and-half-years long CA course, which will cost each student Rs 2.5 lakh, 648 students had sit in the written test. Only 107 of them could qualify for the interview held in Patna and Kolkata on July 4 and 6 respectively. The written test was held on June 27.
The Rahmani Foundation has decided to bear all expenses of top five students of the list of 33 qualifiers. The Foundation will provide food and lodging facilities to the next five free of cost. The rest 23 students will have to bear all costs.

The entrance test was held in 13 districts in the state including Patna, Gaya, Munger, Kishanganj, Katihar and Muzaffarpur. A total of 2,300 students appeared in the entrance test. The management of the institute will select 60 students on the basis of their performance in the written test and finally 30 students will be shortlisted after their screening test. Result of the entrance test will be declared shortly. Maulana Syed Mohammad Wali Rahmani, Sajjada Nashin, Khankah Rahmani of Munger, and Abhyanand, Additional Director General, Bihar Military Police, who is also administrator of this coaching centre, visited the examination centre at Patna Muslim High School. Abhyanand expressed his happiness on appearance of students in large number in the entrance test. TwoCircles.net spoke to Abhyanand on his active participation in this coaching. Asked how he will coach students for IIT-JEE he said: “We will finish teaching part latest by December and after that, rigorous test will be held continuously to make them perfect and confident and also to eliminate their fear, if any, about IIT examination. We will keep all of them together so that they can share and solve their subject problems among themselves. They will be competitor and collaborator of each other and this is the best way to explore talents.”
To a question about his expectation from the very first batch of Rahmani 30 that is going to face IIT-JEE, he said that on the basis of his six years of experience of 'Super30' coaching institute he expects selection of all 30 students. “I never felt any burden or disturbance in discharging my official responsibilities along with these curricular work", said Abhyanand. “I hail from Bihar and want to do something extraordinary for the society that has decided to initiate work like this, Abhyanad told TwoCircles.net when asked what motivated him to serve for the educationally backward community. Not very big infrastructure and many books are needed to compete for IIT-JEE. Word picture on mind is essential instead of using blackboard etc. Collective effort is essential for success and this is the concept of this coaching. Teachers are friends, guides and motivators for students, he said. The questions asked in this entrance test were logical and standard. They covered all parts of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Questions of Mathematics were very tough but were up to the standard of IIT-JEE, Adil Rasheed and Abdur Razzaque who appeared in the test to seek admission in the Rahmani 30 coaching centre, told TwoCircles.net. Rahmani Coaching for govt jobsThe Rahmani Foundation has decided to provide quality education and coaching for preparation of the tests for government jobs in banking, railways and staff selection commission (SSC). The programme is aimed at ensuring an increase in the number of Muslims holding government jobs. This decision was taken today in the headquarters of Rahmani Foundation in Munger. The Foundation has decided to provide coaching free of cost so that intelligent Muslim youths can come forward in government jobs and enlighten their future. The Foundation will manage everything and bear all expenses. The Foundation will conduct written test at various centres in Bihar. Those students who will qualify this test will be selected for an interview and after clearing it they will be admitted for preparation in the institute managed by the Foundation. Test centersThe institute will also provide free lodging and fooding. Entrance test for being admitted in this coaching will be held on 20th July 2008 at 11 a.m. on 13 centers of different districts of Bihar. List of the districts, centers for collection and submission of examination form, name of the responsible and their contact numbers are as follows-
Eligibility criteria: 1. Applicants should have passed Intermediate/10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with at least 60% of the aggregate. Students who are satisfied with the above conditions can obtain application form to appear in the entrance examination of Magadh Super 30 fro their nearest centre between 14th to 18th July. Students who are going to appear in the entrance test meet with the responsible of their nearest centre, mentioned above; with two recent passport sized photograph and any one identity card (voter id card or passport) and reach the examination centre at 10 a.m. on 20th July.
