Children take out peace rally on Friendship Day

Ranchi : A group of children took out a peace rally, condemning violence and terrorism, on the occasion of Friendship Day Sunday in Dhanbad city of Jharkhand.

Shouting slogans, “Terrorist uncle leave India”, “Stop blood bath in the country” and
“We want friendship”, the children aged between five and 10 took out the rally in Bokarband area of Dhanbad.

“There is need to fight terrorism by each and every person of the country. We should not only depend on the security forces. It is our duty to inform police about suspicious activities taking place in our cities,” said Anand Chaurasia president of Yuva Chatra Jagran Manch, which organised the rally.
