Ban on SIMI justified?

Does any1 here opposing ban on SIMI understand law and legal dimension. If u think the ban is unjustified challenge it in court of law and get it revoked, such shameless pandering on basis of religion will only malign the image further. What next U all will justify secession of Kashmir also bcz Hurriyat group of SAS Geelani & others is Muslim?? Think like an Indian not a hindu muslim sikh or christian.

Sima was not a terrorist gruop,but a transparent idiologicalmovement of islamic Strudents&Youth.The ban on SIMI is not justified,becaus of the ban from 2001 shows dual standard of justice.

i think simi is not the terrorist organization.simi did very good job to educate the illiterate Muslims aware them so all the Hindu organization like vhp,rss etc. afraid their program so i want to ban this organisation rather than no reason to ban its totally biased decision.

THE OLD URDU SAYING "LAATHOAN KAY BHOOTH, BAATHOAN SAY NAHEE MANTHAY" applies to Governments. Governments UNDERSTAND only the language of agitations. The needofthe hour is this: A JOINT ACTION COMMITTEE CONSISTING OF ALL MUSLIM ORGANISATIONS - BIG AND TINY - SHOULD BE FORMED WITH ONE CONVENER IN EACH STATE AND WITH A CENTRAL STEERING COMMITTEE AND A CONCRETE MASS AGITATION PROGRAMME SGOULD BE CHALKED OUT AND IMPLEMENTED.
DUAS ARE GOOD AS FAR AS GO BUT CONCRETE ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN SIMULTANEOUSLY.

IN THE NAME OF ALLAH
SIMI is not a terrorist movement. it is a islamic student movemet. they are propose their demands in democratic way.
the government and RSS sangparivar was planed to ban this social service movement.
so the government should remove the banned on SIMI

moment muslim is arrested he is procecuted by media and police as he is terrorist or isi agent or pak spy..
There must be independent media not Hypocrat or bias
Law says not guilty unless convicted?????????
eg.Malagoan blast many muslims are held as Accused after pragya sing arrest also.
fake Batla house encounter, mumbai vegetable vendor was gund down as under world agent,
in kashmir carpet exporter was killed as terroist,kerala kfd member was put in jail in bus burning case even tho she was acquted by court...
No need of talking about gujrath..
killers are ruling only god should punish them

Some one should come forward
1) Educate people about what are there human rights
2)provide legal help

Lift ban on SIMI because article on the subject is an eye opener for each and everybody. Everybody should read this article and brood over and question yourself whether ban was justified. Your answer will be a BIG NO. LIFT THE BAN ON SIMI AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE IF POSSIBLE TODAY ITSELF.
