Kashmir - my child
Kashmir case is like a fight over custody of the child between divorcing couple. The mother (country i.e India) who is wealthy, progressive and can give a better future keeps the child..as simple as that. We cant leave the child alone to be influenced and kidnapped by rogues and failures. A timely punishment is essential for a misbehaving child. One slap at right time is better than 100 slaps when its too late. Our child is not mature enough yet to understand this, once he attains maturity he will know that his mother did it in his best interest.

I would rather suggest all the persons interested in the history of kashmir conflict to go through the pages of a Book DANGERS IN KASHMIR written by Dr. Josef Kobel -who served as a member of commission (UNCIP) in kashmir during 1948-57
I am sure that the readers need not to waste their time in any other writers pages on kashmir , if they really want to have a true picture of the conflict , where , when & how it started....... futher they may also come to the understanding of the gravity of the situation in kashmir matter.

India want to have the supreme power over Kashmir, but give them less considerations for their life and society. Kashmir issue is a simple one. But if it solved, India and Pakistan government can't buy billions worth arms and ammunitions. When they buy the ammunitions they are getting 30% commission. Bofors to recent Israeli orgers are billions worth orders and the commission goes to Ministers and Party funds. So they will never solve the problem. Poor Indians, Indian Armies are killed without justice. Indian and Pakistan ministers and leaders are losing nothing. All Pakistanis and Indians should come forward to question their leaders and ministers. If it is needed for the safety of the Nationes, they should agitate. To us, the Indians, India's peaceful existence is valuable, than the party and the ministers. Criminal Ministers should be sacked or the people should come forward to eliminate them. JAI HIND

Yes, its true that Kashmir problem burning is all because of India's mishandling only otherwise there would have been peace everywhere now.
They should taken whole of Kashmir under control in 1947 itself, if not, then during 1971 and Kargil war it was necessary but Indians missed all the time and could not do the goal so the problem persists.

This is an UNDENIABLE FACT. SELLING RIGHTS of KASHMIRIS includes ALL Kashmiri Pandits and Kashmiri Muslims.

From the day Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru (a Kashmiri Pandit) sought a FALSE-SIGNATURE annexing OR forcibly-occupying Kashmir in Republic of India - problems started.
First, the case went to U.N., then intervention by U.N. forces, then continuation of Kashmir problems.
Kashmiri Muslims, Pakistani Muslims, Kashmiri Politicians, Pakistani intervention, AND ABOVE ALL, LANDMARK problems remain with Kashmiri Pandits and RSS-Goons - who are exploiting the issue, blaming all others, except themselves.
Your pool statistics shows as of date i.e. July 9th 2010 is 56% vs 24%. These may change, but it DOES NOT change GROUND REALITIES. One cannot call BLACK colour as white OR vice-versa.

The Indian Independence Act 1947 was the statute (10 and 11 Geo VI, c. 30) enacted by the British Parliament promulgating the Partition of India. (The people of India had no say in it)
Passed on 15th June 1947, the Act stipulated that:
1- Two independent dominions, India and Pakistan shall be set up in India .
2--The date of setting up of dominions was fixed as fifteenth of August 1947.
3--The responsibility as well as suzerainty of the government of UK shall cease on the said date.
4--That all Indian princely states shall be released from their official commitments and treaty relationships with the British Empire, and will be free to join either dominion. (The PRINCELY STATES HAD TO JOIN EITHER INDIA OR PAKISTAN and accession was to be decided by the KING. The residents had no choice and KINGS COULD NOT OPT TO REMAIN INDEPENDENT)
5--Both Dominions will be completely self-governing in their affairs. Both Dominions shall convene their Constituent Assemblies and write their respective constitutions.
6--Both Dominions will be members of the Commonwealth of Nations, but free to leave whenever they please.
7--The British monarch shall be permitted to remove the title of Emperor of India from the Royal Style and Titles. King George VI subsequently removed the title by Order in council on June 22, 1948.
So FALSE-Indian, If Pakistan had any objection to any of the above passed by the BRITISH PARLIAMENT, they should have approached the BRITISH PARLIAMENT seeking amendment rather than attack KASHMIR in 1947. It is NOT late even now- let the PAKIS approach BRITISH PARLIAMENT even now to rectify it.
But if Indian Muslims insist on Kashmir being given to PAKIS, rest of India will insist on all Indian Muslims also being pushed out to PAK while giving Kashmir to PAK.

If so why not Plebiscite for every Princely State which opted to join India in 1947 - all 520 of them like Patiala, Jaipur, jodhpur, Alwar, Gwalior, Mysore, etc etc. What is special about KASHMIR except that it has a MUSLIM MAJORITY. And what if each one of the 520 Princely States opt for "independence" and then do to MUSLIMS in those respective states what KASHMIRI MUSLIMS did to HINDUS- chase the MUSLIMS out.
"An Indian" would love it because it would disintegrate STRONG INDIA making it possible for PAKIS to take on these small states separately. Get lost FALSE-INDIAN. KASHMIR will remain part of India even if it takes 630 years of Army control over Kashmir. "Stone Pelting" will be dealt with BULLETS- any Muslim UNHAPPY in INDIA can BUZZ OFF to PAKISTAN. Please rewind, and read the "history" and geography of Kashmir - and remember I am NOT a Kashmiri ???
The reason why I wrote about Kashmir Referendum OR Plesbiscite is, because this PROVISION is AVAILABLE for Kashmir issue, which "is" AND "was" not available NOR provided to OTHER PRINCELY STATES. If you are trying to "raise" that issue NOW, you are SURELY trying to complicate MATTERS (usual Hindutva-ishtyle). Don't be naive, and DON'T try to view everything from Hate-Muslim angle !!!
At-least I am not aware of a "referendum" OR "plesbiscite" i.r.o. other independent princely states, that existed prior to independence. If you know about that - please "feel-free" to educate me (and readers) about such a provision - in either India OR Pakistan.
I know that Kashmiris were "prosperous" before they were annexed in India, Pakistan, or occupied by China. Look at the status of it's residents after 62 or maybe 63 years, especially after India attained independence (even after the "so-called" SHAM special status). I doubt, whether status of Kashmiris is better in POK or COK (China occupied Kashmir).
Who is to be blamed for their condition ??? Look at the "poll statistics" as of today i.e. July 14th 2010 - 55% to 26% (Source of Kashmir problem? Poll result). FACTS are FACTS - no-one can deny.
