What is the best reservation policy?

1. The Country's image and merit has suffered a severe setback in the past four decades of reservation for Govt. jobs and admissions to merit based higher education like in IIT/IIM or NIT-s.

2. Nehru and Ambedkar are on record to have firmsly stated that reservations should be only for 10 years for the upcoming generation and should be stopped after 10 years to meritocracy. SC/ST-s should not be on crutches indefinitely- Ambedkar.

3. The SC/ST, who got the benefit of reservation and assured Govt. jobs and free education, boarding, stay and expenses from Govt., neglected their ancestral skills in Carpentry, Pottery, Leatherworks, Weaving..etc. and in many cases disrespected/insultd their parents for engaging in this job!! Without learning the inherited skills and getting free lunch all these 40 year after the first ten years of reservation as per Constitution, these adults have become a burden on India as all could not be accommodated in Govt. jobs. Private Sector would take only those with skills which they lack. They live by stealing, robbery and looting and criminal acts by the rservation policies of Govt.

4. Those who got the "cake" of Govt. jobs by reservations fattened their own bellies. We `all know how Mayavati claimed Rs.82 Crores donated by her well wishers in three years!! Most of the SC/ST officers are corrupt to the core and superior officers cannot take any action against them.

5. Govt. should abolish all reservation, give free Primary education to all, with scholarships to deserving poor and in higher classs all financial help should be provided to needy to eductae themselves. Jobs and admissions in PG levels an above should only be on merit and no other consideration.

All Govt. jobs should be dereserved an only based on merit.
