Whom do you pay your Zakat to?

My name is NIKHAT PRAVEEN 53yrs. Old Female and I am living in Muzaffarpur Town Bihar State (INDIA) . I am a Widow and my husband dead 11yrs. ago and now I am alone and I am only able to support myself by giving tuition to small children and now able to the cost of living I am unable to afford my things and even I cannot pay my House rent properly and hence, Sir if you kindly consider giving me Finance and Relief.
I solemnly witness that there is no God but Allah and that Muhammad is His Messenger.

my question is that can we give zakat to our poor needy sister n brother or cousins
or we should pay zakat to other peoles who are out of family but we even know that our sister or brother is more needy then other?
so what i should do please give me suggestion...

Generally people distribute zakat in different proportions among the all 4-5 options given here.

Like i m giving zakat to Relatives, poor/needy, Charity Organization, Madrasa - All ,so which option i will choose?

So , the answer n survey itself lack technicality.

Har shaksh ko din me ek achcha kaam jaroor karna chahiye

Allah has provided us to give among them, who do not have the bless of real good.

Madaras are one of the right choice in India because if you want to know about Islam completely you should travel to Madarsa.
Total population of Muslims 43% in India, how many pepole know about Islam 10%? And how many know about Islam 15%? And how many know about Islam 50%? And how many know about Islam 90%? And And how many know about Islam 99.9%?
Only .3% Muslims are studying in Madrasas means they are representing Islam in India at every level, so their right is to obtain Zakat.
Are you able to represent Muslims in India by Practical and Kinowledge?

Zakath should be paid in a systematic manner by the community to the needy as listed in the Holy Qur'an. All Muslims in an area should calculate the zakath they have to give and give the zakath to the masjid, from where it should be distributed to the needy. Giving alms to the poor does not come under the Zakath made compulsory for every Muslim. That is only sadaqa; sadaqa is sunnath and Zakath is fard.And Islam does never support begging for alms.

zakat should pay to those one who are your close relatives as well as poor.

I think first your poor close relatives are more needy of your Zakat.

Zakar should be paid to needy person,and remember to pay to sunni muslims only.
