By TCN News,
New Delhi: Mahmood Madani, All India General Secretary of Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind has strongly condemned serial bomb blasts in Mumbai and termed this as a dastardly act for creating fear among general public and for disturbing peaceful social fabrics of the country. He called upon all sections of society to jointly fight this menace. He also expressed hope that such handful of destructive elements can never win over peaceful forces of our society.
Taking exception to media for naming certain obscure organization belonging to a particular community just after blast without proper identification, he pointed out as to why not the ambit of investigation extended to the forces who are always busy to openly destroy peace and security and communal harmony of the country under the garb of cow protection, construction of Ram Mandir and whose names are suspected in recent terror blasts instead of blaming an outfit (Indian Mujaheedin) which we are not even sure has an existence and whose wings purportedly clipped by the governmental agencies. He ,however, asserted whoever is culprit must be brought to justice and dealt with iron hand.
Appealing to media he said that it should not act as an accuser, prosecutor and judge after such incident but convey to the masses the true picture of the event. He also emphasized at strengthening intelligence network in the country to thwart prior such terror acts. “Preventive action is necessary not always cry after disaster” Madani said.
Disheartened with pessimistic expression of those in power about inability of stop such act,he said the government should not bow before a handful of misguided elements, but fights them with courage and tenacity.
He expressed his deep sorrow over loss of lives in the bomb blasts and appealed to welfare organizations of every community for supporting the victims with treatment and rehabilitation.
