New York : Former “Lost” star Michelle Rodriguez has begun her six-month jail sentence. She was booked into a Los Angeles prison on Christmas Eve for violating her probation for driving under the influence of alcohol.
She had admitted failing to complete community service after submitting a false document to show she carried out the work on Sep 25, hollywood.com reports.
The 29-year-old was also found to have consumed alcohol on at least three occasions while wearing a monitoring bracelet around her ankle, in violation of a probation requirement she refrain from drinking for 90 days.
According to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department records, Rodriguez checked into Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, LA under her real name Mayte Michelle Rodriguez in the early hours of Monday.
