The economic offences wing of Delhi Police arrested S.N. Sharma, 42, chairman and managing director of Boutanika Infrastructure and promoter of Rajshree Group, for siphoning off money from investors by promising to give them land and apartments.
"The company had only a few acres of land available with it against projection of a township of over 280 acres," K.K. Vyas, additional deputy commissioner of police said.
