Chandigarh : A special court here Monday reserved its judgement on the sentencing of six Babbar Khalsa terrorists who were convicted last week of plotting the assassination of then Punjab chief minister Beant Singh.
Arguments by defence lawyers and counsel for the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) concluded Monday. Additional district and sessions judge Ravi Kumar Sondhi has reserved the sentencing till Tuesday.
