Mumbai : H.N. Panda, a deputy manager of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), was Monday arrested here abetting suicide of his wife, police said.
Saswati, 33, committed suicide Sunday by hanging herself at their Shivaji Park residence in central Mumbai.
"Saswati, who was rushed to the Hinduja Hospital Sunday evening was declared brought dead. We have arrested Panda on the basis of a complaint lodged against him by his wife's relatives Monday," a police official said.
