New Delhi : Indian Oil Minister Murli Deora rated as positive the cooperation with Cuba in that important sector.
Deora on Tuesday welcomed Fernando Remirez de Estenoz, head of the International Relations Department of the Cuban Communist Party (PCC) Central Committee, who concludes in India an Asian tour that also took him to China and Vietnam.
In the friendly meeting, Deora and Remirez de Estenoz reviewed aspects of bilateral agreements in the oil sector, and the Indian minister expressed his desire to boost cooperation with the Island in several fields.
Cuban Ambassador Miguel Angel Ramirez, and Abelardo Cueto, official from the PCC International Relations Department were also present at the meeting.
