MNCs recruited engineering graduate of Muslim college in Hyderabad

Hyderabad : Muffakham Jah Engineering College, a Muslim minority institution of repute run by Sultanul Uloom Educational Society, has achieved a major success in the placement of its students when majority of its students were hired by leading multi national companies during campus recruitment program.

Microsoft, one of the 29 companies which participated in the program recruited a student of computer sciences and engineering for an annual salary of Rs 8.5 crore. Of the 475 students of the college, who will be completed their course this year, 412 have been recruited by the companies like Infosys, ADP, Wipro, Infotech, Sify, Igate, Mytas, Gammon India and HSBC.

According to the college management, 38 students of civil engineering were recruited for a salary of Rs three to two lakh, 20 students of Instrumentation engineering were offered salary of Rs three lakh, 64 IT engineering students got salary off around 3.6 lakhs and production engineering students got salary package of Rs 3.6 to Rs 2 lakh. However the biggest package was offered 69 students of computer sciences and engineer which ranged from Rs 8.5 lakh to Rs 1.5 lakh.

The students of Electrical and Electronic engineering and electronics and communication engineering also got good packages of Rs 3.6 to Rs 2.8 lakhs.

Muffakham Jah college of Engineering is among the most respected and prominent Muslim minority institutions in Hyderabad.
