According to ISAF spokesperson Brigadier General Richard Blanchette, three soldeirs died when their vehicle hit a roadside improvised explosive device (IED) in eastern Afghanistan on Wednesday.

Separately, another ISAF soldier died of non-combat injuries in the same eastern zone, said the press office on Thursday. Details of the two incidents and exact locations were not released. Also the military said they did not release names and nationalities of soldiers killed prior to the relevant national authority’s doing so.
