Bhopal: Dr. M. R. Ajmal, Professor in the Department of Medicine, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Aligarh Muslim University, (AMU), Aligarh has been elected member of American Gastroenterology Association, (AGA), at the recent meeting of the AGA Governing Board. He is the first Physician of Aligarh to get this prestigious association with AGA.
Dr. Ajmal is very active Life Member of Indian Society of Gastroenterology, Indian Association for Study of the Lever and Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy of India. He has done clinical research work on various gastrointestinal and lever diseases prevalent in Aligarh region.
The presentation of his good quality research work at Asia Pacific Digestive Week 2008 and various annual conferences of ISG and INASL has been appreciated very well. ([email protected])
