Kolkata : Globsyn Business School (GBS) Tuesday announced the launch of its Ahmedabad campus.
Bikram Dasgupta, chairman and CEO of the Kolkata-headquartered Globsyn, said after the launch in Ahmedabad: “Gujarat is the land of entrepreneurs and I am extremely proud to be associated with one of the most forward looking states today.”
“Business and industry in today’s fast changing world need a global entrepreneurial mindset, along with technological expertise,” he said.
“Globsyn with its years of experience of operating in the global markets has created GBS in international standards, backed by an entrepreneurial mindset that strives to create a new generation of global tech savvy business managers,” Dasgupta added.
Incepted by Globsyn, a global technology conglomerate, GBS has been conceptualised and implemented as a technology savvy global entrepreneurial B-school that directly transitions entrepreneurial knowledge from India’s top entrepreneurs to students.
“We have leveraged Globsyn’s experience in the US and international markets to forge win-win academic relationships that provides our students not only insights into global businesses but also avenues for high-growth driven international careers,” Dasgupta said.
The Ahmedabad campus is spread over 33 acres, and is strategically located on the Sarkhej Gandhinagar Highway near Adalaj, six km from Gandhinagar and 23 km from Ahmedabad.
GBS is offering its flagship postgraduate diploma in management programme in the inaugural 2008-10 session.
