Brussels : European Commissioner for external relations , Mrs. Benita Ferrero Waldner, said Monday that she “strongly condemn this terrorist attack targeting innocent civilians” queuing in front of the Indian Embassy as well as the staff of the Indian Embassy in Kabul.
“My condolences go to the families who have lost loved ones and I wish all those injured in this terrible attack a speedy recovery,” said the Commissioner in a statement.
“Terrorist attacks will never be a means to achieve anything. I hope that the people behind this suicide attack will be found and brought to justice by the Afghan authorities,” added the statement.
