Raipur : Two Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) troopers were killed and two others injured Sunday when Maoist guerrillas in Chhattisgarh blew up their vehicle with a landmine explosion, the police said.
The incident took place when a CISF patrol was going in a vehicle near an iron ore mining area owned by Bhilai Steel Plant, the flagship unit of the public sector Steel Authority of India Ltd in Durg district’s Dalli Rajhara area.
Durg Superintendent of Police Dipanshu Kabra and other officials have rushed to the site, some 150 km from teh state capital Raipur.
