Mumbai : The Indian equity markets opened on a mixed note Friday.
The 30-share benchmark index of the Bombay Stock Exchange, the Sensex, opened with a gain of 80.06 points at 15,168.05 points.
The S&P CNX Nifty index of the National Stock Exchange opened at 4,504.20 points with a marginal loss of 0.05 points from its last close.
