New Delhi : The government is likely to announce monetary measures to rein in inflation – that touched a 13-year high at 11.05 percent in the week ended June 7 – following a meeting between Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Union Finance Minister P. Chidambaram, and Reserve Bank of India governor Y. Venugopal Reddy Saturday morning.
