New Delhi : In a further snub to the Indian Cricket League (ICL), the BCCI Sunday said it would not allow counties from England to include players from the rival league for the T20 Champions Tournament in September.
“Clubs from England that qualify can play in the tournament, provided the teams do not include players who are with ICL,” the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) said in a statement after its working committee meeting here.
The T20 tournament will include teams from Australia, South Africa, India and Pakistan. England will play provided they do not include ICL players.
