Cairo : Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Jordan Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Prince Saud Al Faisal and Salah Eddin Al-Bashir held here on Friday a tripartite meeting to discuss the latest Arab developments.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Hossam Zaki said in a press statement that the three ministers touched on developments of the Lebanese crisis and events on the Palestinian arena.
He pointed out that the meeting comes within the framework of continuous consultation between the three countries particularly in light of meetings held by the leaders of these countries last week.
Zaki added that the meeting also comes within the framework of preparations for the Arab ministerial meeting to be held on March 5.
