Islamabad : President Pervez Musharraf lauded the Chinese investment in the country and said the two countries can further benefit from bilateral economic cooperation.
Talking to Chinese Ambassador Luo Zhaohui on Monday, the President said the two countries have deep historical ties and they stand to gain a lot with increased interaction.
The ambassador briefed the President about various Chinese projects in Pakistan.
He said the country offers great opportunities for the investors and several Chinese companies were keen to invest in various sectors in Pakistan.
